Meet the Flywithme.lt crew
Flywithme.lt – a team of hot air balloon enthusiasts, brought together by our pilot Marius Naujalis. Ballooning is both our passion and hobby, which turns into an enjoyable job during the balloon flight season. An established name in the balloon-dotted skies of Lithuania, we carried over 2,000 passengers in the season of 2021.
Our top priority is the safety of the crew, our passengers and the wider public. Although balloons are one of the safest forms of air transport, we are taking all the possible safety precautions to reduce the risk even further. We combine years of experience with training, and are certified in the fields of fire safety and first aid. All passengers are insured.
An integral part of the balloon sport is people. We can’t take off alone without the help of the ground crew. Flying is much more fun when shared with others! We’re grateful for the opportunity to meet so many new people from all walks of life and share this hour-long wonder with you.

Marius Naujalis

Marius has been involved in the hot air balloon sport since childhood as his both parents are aviators. From adolescence until 2009, when Marius obtained his pilot license, he’d been taking part in commercial flights and championships as a member of the ground crew.
He has already accumulated over 700 hours of flight time in Lithuania and abroad. In his time off, Marius participates in Lithuanian and international balloon championships and fiestas.
Father of three, Marius is also the founder of the Ballooning Goods company. The company manufactures custom balloon trailers and equipment for hot air balloons.

Add beautiful scenery, tranquility, a unique feeling of weightlessness and you will realize that flying in a hot air balloon is a childhood dream come true.”
Saul has been flying since 2014. Pilot experience: over 220 hours.

“I have always dreamed of flying. When I was little, I became interested in aviation and the opportunities it presents. Hot air balloons attracted me for several things. Primarily because you are very close to the elements and you are in full control of them. You feel completely free when you control the wind and move with it. Second, aviation opens up many opportunities to travel the world, meeting countless interesting people from whom you can gain a lot of knowledge and experience. Every flight is different. Even after 10 years of flying and over 500 hours spent in the air, I have something yet to discover and experience.”
